Shipping
DOMESTIC DELIVERY - Australian Post is our preferred method of delivery. At a flat rate of $10, we use Registered Australia Post satchels offering a tracking service and goods will be delivered within 1-5 business days (depending on your location). Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently.
Orders received by 12:00pm AEST, Monday - Friday, will ship same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day (excluding holidays).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - We ship internationally and Australia Post is our preferred shipping method for international customers. The price is a flat rate of $20 per package for registered service and delivery within 7-15 business days (depending on your location).

All transactions will be in AUD dollars. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs charges incurred on the package(s).
Exchanges & Refunds
Luceo will refund/exchange unworn/unused regular priced merchandise (except jewellery) within 7 days. We will refund/exchange unworn/unused regular priced merchandise which is found to be faulty, please email us with details and attach photo of faulty garment for our perusal. Please include a self addressed, pre-paid & trackable post satchel for exchanges, so that we can return your exchange to you urgently. You will receive an email notification with all the details of your exchange or return once it has been received, inspected and processed. For refunds, allow approximately 10 business days as your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post a refund to your account.
Return items must be received at Luceo in original condition with all tags attached and packaging materials included, no later than 7 days of the original postage date.
All jewellery, sale merchandise and discounted items are final sale, no exceptions. We inspect all merchandise, and insure the highest quality goods, prior to leaving our store.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. Please properly insure your package for the full amount of goods contained as Luceo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages (and their content) while being returned to us.
We are unable to accept returns if they are not in their original condition and/or returned outside of the time period.

Paypal info
We use PayPal to process all online payments, which does not require an account to use. Pay with any major debit or credit card with the safety of leading industry-standard securities. You can still purchase even if you don't have a PayPal account, just select the option on the PayPal payments page which allows you to continue without logging in. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay with your PayPal balance or any card or account linked to your PayPal account. In the usual way, all card holders will be subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, the purchase will be declined. Your item will be posted once payment has cleared.
